Well Double Miracle: Pastor Martha of the Christian Foundation Fellowship CFF Mtwapa, Mombasa, Kenya told of
two ladies who used to walk 3Km to fetch water in the hot sun. The dust would cause them severe chest pains.
Against the advice of the experts, the Pastor felt that God was saying to dig the hole for the well elsewhere.
They expected to reach water at 40' which is what the initial project was budgeted for, however, there was no water to be found. The labourers were ready to give up on that hole and start a new one, but the engineer pointed out that it would cost the same again to start a new hole, so they persisted not really knowing if it would produce results, however, God knew there was water there and sure enough they hit water at about 70ft. It is easy to give up when physical evidence dictates otherwise, however, if God says 'let there be light, there is light' and He said 'dig here' He didn't say to stop digging. The funds that God provided via Lordswood Fellowship, Parkwood Christian Fellowship and faithful individuals in the UK; was the right amount to not only cover the 40' hole but the extra 30' to reach the water. As a result of your faithfulness, they have fresh clean cool water from the new well, thanks be to God.
What is even more amazing is that the soil from the well was used to make the base of the new church, half of which was sand, which is expensive to buy over there. The locals call it a 'double miracle'.

Sunday 7/10/07 We ministered at the Pentecostal Church in Mombassa in the morning. Once again the people are hungry for the word of God and to know the freedom that Christ Jesus has brought to them. The children did a couple of poems for us and the choir led us into worship. They do know how to worship the Lord in songs. Pastor Fitzroy and I gave the word on "Righteousness is in Christ Jesus". They wanted us to sing for them, but because of time we told them we will do so next week. We were rushed off to Mtwapa where they were waiting for us to show us the water pump which we saw. It is quite a large contraption, but the village is happy. We will be back this week to see water being pumped...Amen
FAITHWORD ACADEMY SCHOOL: The children were waiting to see us. They remember us from last year and they sang a song we taught them last year back to us. "God is so Good". It was wonderful! We sang to them this a number of songs. The church hall was packed to overflowing. We treated them to biscuits and sweets they loved it. We also presented them a football for games and their teachers we gave rubbers, sharpeners and pens. The teachers were very grateful for these items because they do not get regular pay for what they do and it become a burden for them financial to support their families, to a point where some are considering leaving the school and seeking employment elsewhere. Even here the Holy Spirit has us ministering to a number of teachers. We had to pray for class 8 who will be taking examines in a few weeks time and the whole school wanted to be prayed for as well.
PURCHASING: We have purchased a PC, monitor, printer and photocopier for the Faithword Academy School They were in desperate need of these, because they had to pay a lot of money to have photocopying done of the exam papers and other things. They will be sitting up an IT class for the children to learn. They will need another 1 or 2 more PCs. Stay Blessed F&P
Sat 6th Oct'07 - Greetings in Jesus name. We arrived in Mombasa on Saturday as planned. We had our 1st meeting yesterday with the brothers and sister in Mombasa and Mtwapa. We saw the water pump. engineer finishing instalment today, so on our next visit at the weekend we hope to see water coming from it. A great
deal of work have been put in to get this far. We give Father the glory for what he has done in this village. The people are over whelmed. Words cannot express their gratitude and to see that Our Father of our Lord Jesus Christ answers prayers, even from a far land. That is the miracle.
Thurs 4th Oct 2007 - We are coming to the end of our time in Nairobi. We will be travelling to Mombasa tomorrow 5/10/07. Our Lord has blessed the ministry here since we have arrived. The body of Christ have been enlivened by the Word and the Holy Spirt of God. The body of Christ are hungry for the Word of God and the needs are great, spiritually, mentally and physcially. As we bring the Word of God the anointing of the Holy Spirit comes down and the prophectic ministry was released. As the Holy Spirit moves people were released, set free from evil spirit, healed and encouraged. There is so much to put down. Continue to pray for us as we move on to Mombasa on Friday 5. Give our Love to the body of Christ for us. Fitzroy and Pearl servant of the our Lord Jesus Christ.
The Youth Conference on the Friday - Saturday went very well. They were blessed. The Leaders was suprised to see so many people especially on a Friday. Saturday we had more and everyone received and was blessed, including the leaders. We taught them "Send down Fire Again" it was great. We pray for healing and prophetically spoke into their lives. Amen. The Holy Spirit is doing amazing things with us here. We are truely blessed that words cannot explain. The people at the conference were set free, After we spoke the Holy Spirit released freedom to the captives. We went to a place called Kayole. The 1st service was at 9.00am-11 and the 2nd at 11.00am -1pm, but the Holy Spirit had his way and at 2.30 were still ministering. We did not leave there till after 5pm. The people were and still is hungry for the word. This was another blessed day. People were released as the word was given. we sang to them and they joined in. It is so easy to minister the word of God here because the people are open and willing to receive. We minister to the sick, spiritually oppressed, hurting, lonely, the list goes on and all were set free-Priase the Lord. Even before the Service start we were in Pastor Patrick's office and we began to pray when the Holy Spirit prophetic message came and reveal something to Pastor Patrick that we did not know, but the Holy Spirit did, so this was our credential to what was to come. Amen. We give the glory to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who has called us for His service. Today is a rest day, but I am sure the Holy Spirit is planning something for us. God Bless Fitzroy and Pearl
